"Hello, I'm Michelle Vogelsberger, a dedicated wife, mother of two college-aged boys, and a seasoned Fraud Auditor with over two decades of experience. However, my true passion lies elsewhere - in the art of baking.
After years of following a healthier diet, I discovered the joy of making my own bread, and soon fell in love with the art of sourdough baking. What started as a hobby has now blossomed into a dream come true - opening my own bakery, where I get to share my passion for healthy, delicious breads and pastries with my community.
At my bakery, you'll find a variety of mouthwatering sourdough breads and pastries, all made with love and care, using only the finest ingredients. What sets us apart is our commitment to using local honey and pure maple syrup in most of our products, replacing refined sugar with these natural sweeteners.
