Focaccia Bread

What is focaccia? Focaccia is a flat, oven-baked Italian bread that is usually topped with olive oil, salt and herbs such as rosemary. It is usually served as an appetizer, snack or on the table with dinner. It's characterized by the dimpled top that is herby and salty and a little crisp from all the olive oil.
